Rent This Space

Our facility is as versatile as it is charming. The beautiful foyer opens up to a common area that would serve beautifully for a small shower or intimate event, or easily transform to a stylish hors d’oeuvre and food serving station.

The main meeting room is 100×40 and can easily seat 200 plus guests. Should you need the platform, it measures 30×16. The facility comes ready with audio and video capabilities (with technicians to operate available upon request).

There are five smaller rooms down the main hallway for break-out sessions, dressing rooms, or whatever your event details would need. If you would like more information about the space, please let us know.  Whatever you are dreaming of, we would be happy to help.

Property Use Form

Kingdom House Guidelines for Property Use

  • Please submit form at least two weeks prior to event
  • Facility must be cleaned after event
  • All furniture will be returned as it was found (or as it should be for next service)
  • Facility will not be available during regularly scheduled church services/events
  • If stage must be cleared for a wedding there will be a fee
  • If an audio/video technician is needed there will be a fee
  • Any damages made to facility, equipment, or furniture will be replaced or repaired at the expense of individual/group using facility.
